Chef Amirul is our current Executive Sous Chef. He rose through the ranks since he started with the hotel in 2007. Besides being outstanding in culinary skills, he has a charming smile. This Selangor boy is not only good in fishing, he has won medals in culinary competitions across Malaysia. Chef Amirul was very much involved in engineering the hotel's now famous Nasi Lemak 2.0, which is part of the hotel's Memory Maker menu.
