I am Shwe Moe Tha, and I learned cooking from watching my mother’s impressive skills in the kitchen. After my high school, I had a chance to learn cooking from a culinary institute in Myanmar and helped start my career. I love to cook and aim to become a successful professional chef. But more so, I strive to give the best culinary experience to our guests and customers. I also try to use ingredients that are healthy and locally sourced to produce my dishes. I also love sharing my passion for cooking by other junior chefs and contribute to their career goals.
