Decked out in a soothing aquamarine blue inspired by its seaside location, Silver Shell Cafe provides guests the perfect respite for a casual dining experience. We offer an extensive international a la carte menu in addition to daily buffets.
Diners can witness the culinary prowess of the chefs at six live cooking stations as they conjure up a cornucopia of delectable buffet specialities a la minute.

The restaurant showcases a different themed buffet nightly:

On Mondays, Flavours Around the World features Oriental, Western, Indian and local cuisine, as well as an indulgent dessert table with more than 30 types of chocolate treats. Priced at SGD 56++ per adult, inclusive of free-flowing red and white house wines, beer, chilled juices and soft drinks.

Singapore's Good Ol' Days, on Tuesdays, tempts guests with satay, suckling pig, Char Kway Teow and other local delights. Priced at SGD 56++ per adult, inclusive of free-flowing red and white house wines, beer, chilled juices and soft drinks.

On Wednesdays, a 25-kg parmesan cheese wheel takes centre stage at Viva Italia!, the Italian-themed buffet. Risotto and pasta are tossed in the wheel for an aromatic, creamy finish. Buon Appetito! Priced at SGD 56++ per adult, inclusive of free-flowing red and white house wines, beer, chilled juices and soft drinks.

Thursday's Tempura-Tapas-Tandoor treats diners' taste buds to a selection of traditional Japanese, Spanish and Indian specialities. Priced at SGD 56++ per adult.

Meet the Meat, on Fridays, features a fresh and succulent selection of seafood and meats grilled a la minute! Not to be missed are Chef Heng's signature lamb chops, which are marinated and grilled to perfection. Priced at SGD 78++ per adult.

Seafood fans will adore Seafood Sensation, on Saturdays, which features fresh lobster, king crab, steamed sea bass and more, all prepared with your favourite sauce. Priced at SGD 88++ per adult.

On Sundays, the Grand Sunday Buffet showcases a range of live cooking stations presenting signature dishes such as slow-roasted wagyu brisket, baked cheese mussels, soufflé and more. Priced at SGD 56++ per adult.
