The first of its kind in Mauritius, Le Bazar is a very cosy and innovative venue, exuding a stylish yet casual atmosphere with bistro-style chalkboard menus and comfortable surroundings. Le Bazar encompasses world cuisine with a Szechuan Master Chef, a dim-sum selection and noodle bar, a rotisserie from which a variety of marinated and dry-rubbed meats are displayed on a nightly basis, a western corner with meat and seafood grilled specialites, a signature burger and a fish and chips station.
