Drawing inspiration from the famed Japanese cherry blossom tree, this special seasonal cake is not to be missed. Delicately layered lemon dacquoise, fraises des bois jelly and pistachio brûlée make for a stunning cake. The elegant filling is surrounded by fluffy fromage blanc and cherry blossom mousse that possesses an airy texture and exquisitely tart taste.
