I am Tony, I come from Guangzhou Province where is famous of culinary art. I love cooking when I was a young boy, so I determine to learn cooking even my parents does not support me. I spent 10 years to learn cooking skill from local chef. Then I travel to Peking and Dongbei Province to learn from other chef. Tony always tell his team member: “Everyone is my teacher appears in my life.” I am fond of cooking and always find new idea to searching new dish. My favourite thing is singing, talking and working with my team, they are my colleague, friends and family. I think only with them I can be handling everything very well. I believe food is not only to body but also to soul. I cherish my staff and my food.
