Malaysian food is all about cultural influences. Uncover the aromatic and diverse flavours of Malaysian cuisine at Café Mix through dishes created by guest chefs Anis Rusydan Bin Amran and Azman Bln Mat Hasan of Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpar.
Savour authentic dishes including Beef Randang, Laksa Curry, Satay Chicken and Beef Sambal, to name but a few! Finish on a sweet note with a decendant dessert buffet featuring Sweet Tapioca Cake, Sago Cake or Screwpine and Herb Cake.
The buffet lunch is priced at AUD 55 and will be served from 12noon - 2.30pm. The buffet dinner is priced at AUD 85 and will be served from 6pm-10.30pm.
