Join Executive Pastry Chef, Anna Polyviou, at a Pink Ribbon Ruby High Tea in support of The McGrath Foundation and breast cancer awareness.
Dessert devotees will enjoy a high tea buffet of sweet and savoury treats created by Chef Polyviou, featuring the completely new Ruby RB1 chocolate by Callebaut.
Take your seat and enjoy spectacular Sydney views, along with free-flowing teapot cocktails such as Pink Panther.
This special event is at Blu Bar on 36, 5 October 2018, from 11.30am to 2.30pm. Each guest will receive an exclusive Callebaut Belgium Ruby RB1 chocolate gift box to take home.
Tickets are priced at AUD 125, with AUD 50 from each ticket to be donated to The McGrath Foundation. Guests will enjoy a glass of sparkling champagne on arrival, and free-flowing teapot cocktails.
