The Market to Table cooking class starts with a tour of the fish markets with our chefs to meet our suppliers and learn about the fresh local ingredients that are available. Then, guests return to the hotel and watch hands-on cooking demonstrations by selected chefs. A glass of sparkling wine on arrival and a three-course lunch prepared by the Altitude team with wines are included. All participants will receive a set of printed recipe cards.
This class requires at least 6 people to take place. The class is open to a maximum of 12 people.
The menu changes to incorporate the best seasonal ingredients available.
Priced at AUD 195 per person. The class starts at 10am in the Lobby Lounge and concludes at 3pm.
