A La Carte Buffet
An enticing parade of traditional and contemporary dishes celebrates the flavours of Japan in Oishii Japanese night. Satiate cravings for Japanese fare with the refreshing Tofu Salad with Japanese Sesame Dressing, Tempura Prawn, as well as thick and creamy Corn Potage, a Western-style soup that is much loved by the nation. Another quintessential must-try is the Sashimi Selections – thick slices of tuna, salmon, octopus, and yellowtail beckon.
Other Japanese favourites include the Seared Tuna Tataki, ever-popular Takoyaki, and freshly grilled Yakitori. Indulge in juicy morsels of Karaage and generous slices of melt in the mouth Chashu, as well as Ramen with somen noodles, pork chashu and nitamago.
Guests will be enamoured by Japanese-inspired confections such as the Matcha Crème Brûlée, Assorted Japanese Mochi, as well as fluffy Japanese Cotton Cheese Cake complemented with tangy Berries Compote.
Alongside the plethora of Japanese delights are an extensive showcase of The Line's signature multi-cultural cuisines, culminating in more than 88 dishes to suit every palate.
