His contemporary style will be on full display as he prepares six and nine-course menus to delight the senses. The chef has also arranged for live chamber music and wine, each perfectly tailored to complement the food, allowing for a dining experience that excites the senses juxtaposed against the backdrop of 'The City of Light'.
