Mr. Scott Henderson, our Executive Chef from Great Britain, presents a menu featuring prime beef steaks for a distinctive dining experience in a smart-yet-casual ambience.
Dry-aged beef is the nobility of steaks. According to the dry-aging process, selected prime beef cuts are stored in an environment with controlled temperature, humidity and good ventilation to create a greater concentration of flavor and tenderness. Such exquisite beef taste can hardly be achieved without the dry-aging process.
