Born and raised in rural South Africa, Chef Sean Louis Enslin grew up enjoying the outdoors, specifically through fishing and snorkelling. He used to cook with his parents while growing up and got his first job in a small boutique country house hotel, working with a 3-Michelin-starred chef. Chef Sean has over 15 years of international experience, having worked in reputable Michelin-Starred hotels around England. He became part of the Shangri-La family in 2016 and is introducing fresh bold flavoured small plates from the Mediterranean region that focus on fresh produce. Over the years this approach has become his core strength.
