Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok welcomes guest chef Andy Yew, who brings his talent to showcase iconic Singaporean cuisine at NEXT2 Café, Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok from 31 July to 4 August 2018.
With more than 30 years of experience, Executive Chef Andy Yew developed his passion for cooking by creating the finest dishes, integrated the perfect ingredients with the flavour, aroma and texture for an authentic taste. His culinary skills have taken him to cities around Asia and now he is the Executive Chef for Aberdeen Marina Club, Hong Kong.
During the 5 days promotion, diners can indulge in an authentic Singapore taste created by Executive Chef Andy Yew. Diners can enjoy the many selections of live buffet stations, including appetizers and grilled items, along with noodles, curries, soups, and desserts. Must-try items include Singapore Laksa, Rojak, Bak Kut Teh, Prawn Sambal, traditional Nasi Lemak, Hainan Chicken Rice, Ikan Panggang and traditional Singaporean dessert – Bo Bo Cha Cha.
The Singapore Food Festival is available for dinner at Bt1,900 net per person (Tuesday to Thursday) and Bt2,200 net per person (Friday to Saturday) which includes our exclusive seafood selections.
