Taking advantage of the crab's freshness and succulence, Shang Palace uses different kinds of cooking methods, from braised with broth to deep-fried and seasoned with salt and pepper, to highlight the various ways to fully enjoy this succulent seafood and its undisputed relish. The a la carte menu is priced at TWD 2,088 +10% per plate, and an elaborate table menu, for 6 persons, is priced at TWD 13,000 + 10%.
