Japanese Chef, Kudo Masakazu, has returned to ibuki by TAKAGI KAZUO as Chef de Cuisine. He comes with extensive knowledge and is set to showcase the most authentic flavours by launching a brand-new lunch gozen menu this summer, and has introduced a seasonal lunch kaiseki menu for the first time to allow Taiwanese diners to enjoy the charm of Kyoto cuisine.
From now until the end of August, Golden Circle members who order an ibuki Kaiseki set menu can enjoy a free bottle of sake.
