Pastry Chef Su Hsaio-fen is adept at expressing women's thoughtfulness through the perfection of her pastries with creativity and rich layers of flavours. Recently, she also crafted a creative fondant artisan cake to celebrate the 84th anniversary of Hayashi Department Store, Tainan's renowned art and cultural landmark. The level of exquisite craftsmanship was impressive and garnered great attention. Chef Su has been making pastries for over 20 years.
