From 1 April to 31 May, Shanghai Pavilion (38F) will present 22 classic dim sum dishes, including Pan-fried Radish Cakes, Cantonese Barbecue Pork Puff Pastries, Deep-fried Foie Gras Spring Rolls with Truffle Sauce, Steamed Fish Roe Shao Mai, and Almond Jelly with Milk. The Hong Kong-style dim sum dishes are all priced at NTD 88.
