Chef Ken Hsu has 28 years of culinary experience. He began his career at 17, at which point he met and started learning under his master chef. Since then, he has travelled far and wide. He has worked in many restaurants and hotels in Taiwan, developing his skills in Zhejiang cuisine. Chef Hsu also integrates the specialties and features of other Chinese cuisines into his own creations. Unlike other modern chefs who may present innovative dishes without their traditional flavour, Chef Hsu insists on maintaining Zhejiang's original tastes through his culinary concepts and signature dishes.
