This Christmas, Chef Carlo highlights authentic and traditional Peruvian favorites, such as Lomo Al wok Con Quinua Andina, US beef tenderloin with organic white and black quinoa, Mero al Chorillana, Chargrilled grouper fillet in sweet and sour paprika sauce and other specialties that families can enjoy.
Christmas Eve's 5-course dinner is priced at PHP 2,900 net per person. For Christmas Day, lunch is priced at PHP 1,900 for a 4-course meal, while dinner festivities are priced at PHP 2,900 net per person for a 5-course set menu.
