Over the years, it's become popular to grind and combine other cuts of beef for Burgers, and the results have established a new palate that is every bit as diverse as that which you find at a steakhouse. Born from the desire to practice nose-to-trail butchery, gorgeous secondary cuts of rump, chuck and brisket are marinated in Raging Bull's secret seasoning mix before minced into freshly-ground patties right in front of the customers.

 

The organic grass-fed burgers are complemented with a variety of fun and homemade beverages such as frothy milkshakes, craft beer, micro-brewed sodas, American bourbon and whisky, and wines.

 

Located on the corner of 30th Street, those on the go can literally grab a bite at Raging Bull Burgers in between appointments and meet-ups.Guests may also take home a piece of Raging Bull Burgers with its line of cool merchandise like t-shirts, caps, aprons and tumblers.

Before being appointed as chef de cuisine of the Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar, Chef Nathan was in charge of Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney's fine dining restaurant, Altitude.
