Canton Road presents the face of modern Cantonese cuisine, with a rich assortment of regional specialities and signature roasted barbecued meats. The cuisine of Huaiyang, known as the most prestigious cuisine in the Jiangsu province, is found in abundance with its distinctive slightly sweet flavour and intricate presentation. This blend of Southeastern and Eastern Chinese cuisine has adapted to the times in terms of contemporary presentation, yet stays true and respectful to its treasured heritage. The restaurant's interiors are infused with celadon-coloured patterns and painted textured silk panels that are found in the main dining interiors and nine private dining rooms ranging from 18 to 62 seats. Canton Road is set to launch in the second quarter of 2016.
