This June, the hotel welcomes a team of Michelin starred chefs to our restaurants from 15 to 18 of June 2017.
Headed by Michelin-starred Chef Rafael Centeno, a completely self-taught chef who is listed as a "Top 100" chef in Spain. His signature is a textbook interpretation of local Galician cuisine made, using an abundance of fish and seafood. Following Chef Centeno to Shanghai is Chef Fernando, a Michelin starred chef who grew up wanting nothing but to cook. His restaurant, As Garzas, is one of the finest restaurants in Spain.
Sommelier Luis Paadin dedicated his life to wine; his wine book has been selected by an international jury, beating over 10,000 books from 211 countries.
The two michelin starred chef will present a three course dinner at Jade on 36 Restaurant starting on the 15 June and a six-course wine dinner on the 16 June.
