This signature menu for spring and summer showcase Chef Gao's delicate knife skills and intricate oppourtunity to saver a seven-course set munu at Pudong Shangri-la.The menu will feature items such as Meatball with Bamboo Shoots and Abalone in Superior Broth, Sauteed Turtle Meat with Black Pepper Sauce and Stir-fried Fresh Oyster with Spiced Salt.
