Celebrate the arrival of autumn and seasonal harvest with the year's most eagerly anticipated seasonal specialities. 9 Chinese chefs from Shangri-La Hotels in Yangzhou, Changzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai,Hangzhou, Wenzhou and Hefei have designed a special hairy-crab menu showcasing the versatility of the beloved delicacies.
Starting from 12 October 2017, these 9 Shangri-La Chinese Executive Chefs, together with gourmand Shen Hongfei, will present a master experience through a seasonal culinary tour across 8 cities, with notable signatures. Gui Hua Lou Executive Chef Sam Gao presents a selection of exquisite handcrafted dishes that bring out the succulent sweetness and rich creamy roe of the autumn delicacy.
This one-of-a-kind crab feast can be enjoyed at RMB 998 net for 2 persons, for an 8-course set menu, including Double Boiled Minced 5J Pork Ball with Hairy Crab Meat and Roe, Preserved Hairy Crab with Rice Wine and much more.
