It’s all about chocolate this July as we launch our exclusive Kerry Chokolate.
With dark, milk and white chocolate varieties available, Executive Pastry Chef, Julien Gourmelon has partnered with world renowned chocolatier, Vahlrona, to produce an exclusive chocolate recipe for Kerry Hotel Hong Kong. To celebrate this fantastic partnership, we've called in our friend, the highly talented M.O.F., Mr. Christophe Renou, to create a chocolate Afternoon Tea set with our Kerry Chokolate. Christophe will be in the Lobby Lounge from 4 – 8 July to meet guests and showcase his extraordinary chocolate skills.
In addition to this, we'll also be offering a spectacular shaved Chokolate hot chocolate for all die-hard chocolate lovers. A special Kerry Chokolate cake will be featured in our Lobby Lounge cake counter. Get your fix while it lasts!
Time for Tea with Kerry Chokolate
Collaborating with a world-class chocolatier, Mr Christophe Renou, we have a decadent sweet Afternoon Tea set using our signature Kerry Chokolate. Following the launch on the 4 July, Lobby Lounge will be serving the Chokolate Afternoon Tea throughout July and August, starting from 2.30pm daily, priced at HKD 538 + 10% for 2 persons. In addition, we will also be selling the Kerry Chokolate flavoured chocolate bars, including Pistachio and Cranberry, Apricot and Hazelnut and Candied Orange and Pecan.
