Executive Chinese Chef, Ken Yu showcases his talents with a selection of new dishes featuring rare and wild mushrooms from Yunnan. Mushrooms including Porcini, Chanterelle, Morel and Black Fungus are featured on the menu for both lunch and dinner throughout July and August. Dishes include Matsutake Mushroom and Asparagus in Chicken Soup, Chicken with Abalone and Porcini Mushroom in a Clay Pot, Braised Eggplant with Sea Cucumber and Black Fungus, Double Boiled Conch with Matsutake Mushroom and Pearl Conch, Stir-fried String Beans with Chanterelle Mushroom and Minced Pork and Braised Bean Curd with Morel Mushroom and Bamboo Piths.
