Set right on the harbour front with sweeping views of Hong Kong's skyline, Dockyard is primed to be a trendsetter in the city's dining scene – a new genre of restaurant bringing together an array of quick-service eateries alongside a fully serviced bar, within a sleek industrial-inspired setting.
Located at the edge of the hotel and operated separately, Dockyard features a bar and nine different kiosks serving a range of cuisines such as Western, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Chinese Noodles and Dessert, circling a lively open-plan seating area.
Dockyard serves up great food and drinks all-day. The restaurant opens at 11am every morning, and doesn't shut its doors till late. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, Dockyard hosts different bands for one of the hottest live music acts in town with a variety of different music genres for a welcoming audience.
Dockyard is Hong Kong's first restaurant built around an app. It's the menu, waiter and cheque, all in one. Diners plug in their picks and that's it. No waiting in-line, no leaving meal buddies. Soon, it's all delivered to their table. There are also a host of options on-board: multiple payment methods and in-app credit, gift card help and promotion codes, pre-order and to-go picks. All of it is tailored to guests' specific tastes, and it's everything they need in the palm of their hands.
Dockyard is proud to feature nine international vendors, alongside a fully stocked bar.

The Bar: A cheeky beer at lunchtime, catch up cocktails on a cool summer's eve, or champagne and freakshakes after a family feast. The Bar is made for everyone.
