Indulge in the Ya Yuan Peking Duck along with Chinese pancakes and buns, traditional condiments and the Horizon homemade duck sauce. In the restaurant's second show kitchen, there are a variety of double-boiled soups. These special soups are prepared in a double-boil jar that allows the soup to cook slowly and for the ingredients to release their nutrients gradually into the soup. After enjoying the double-boiled soups, guests are invited to choose from the restaurant's most fragrant show kitchen, which offers a variety of authentically prepared clay pot dishes.

Chef Stanley, a native of Hong Kong, has worked his way up the culinary ladder and gained valuable exposure from renowned Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Huzhou, Jakarta and Beijing. He has also received many notable awards, including the prestigious Star Diamond Award by The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences which names him as one of the best chefs. In May 2009, he was elected to the position of Honorary President for the World Association of Master Chefs. Chef Stanley believes that a Cantonese chef's goal is to preserve the food's clear and natural flavours. He commented, "In my cooking, I aim to highlight the original yet distinct flavour of each ingredient. It is almost an obsession of mine to ensure my cooking is fresh yet tasty."
