Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts recently received the Marine Stewardship Council's (MSC) full Seafood Chain of Custody (CoC) certification for all 53 properties across mainland China and Hong Kong. To further uphold our commitment to protecting the marine ecosystems, a selection of dishes made with MSC-certified seafood will be available at Summer Palace between 9 and 19 August 2018.
Highlights of the menu includes:
- Baked toothfish fillet with morel mushroom, ginger and spring onion in clay pot
- Steamed toothfish fillet with matsutake mushroom on shrimp flavoured egg white
- Sauteed toothfish fillet with purple yam, fresh lily bulb in XO sauce
