A veteran member of the kitchen team at Summer Palace, Chef Leung Yu King has been appointed the new Executive Chinese Chef of this Michelin-starred restaurant. With a passion for sharing his culinary creations, Chef Leung has designed a brand-new tasting menu featuring his signature creations. Selections include braised whole "28 head" Yoshihama abalone with diced abalone and rice, stewed pork brisket prepared in Hangzhou styl, stir-fried lobster with crispy rice, preserved vegetable and dried goji berry.
