Throughout November, the highly anticipated seasonal delicacy - the white truffle - will be available at Restaurant Petrus. Chef de Cuisine, Ricardo Chaneton, will make the best use of this "white diamond" to create scrumptious dishes that are a feast not only for the stomach, but also for the nose and eyes as well.

- Roast Brittany turbot, celeriac textures, Vin Jaune sauce
- Grilled veal loin, Jerusalem artichoke, Piedmont hazelnut
- Mont-Blanc, caramelised chestnut mousse, vanilla Chantilly, white truffle ice cream
