Chef Ricardo Chaneton is proud to introduce a new a la carte menu with light, zesty, aromatic dishes that embrace the beautiful produce this time of the year brings. Reminiscent of his summers in the south of France, the menu's remarkable and exuberant dishes are created with fresh ingredients that the chef harvests from his garden.

The first 10 guests that book online using the promo code "PFBNEW" per evening can try this new Summer Dinner Set Menu (four-course menu), which was originally priced at HKD 980 per person, at HKD 780 per person.

The four-course menu includes:

- Red prawn tartare, shallot cloud and cherry textures
- Pan seared Foie grass, plums and confit Cevennes onion
- Roasted Sisteron lamb saddle, ricotta, black pepper and grilled figs
- Cantaloupe melon, basil and vanilla ice cream
