For 1 night only, on 14 April 2018, Restaurant Petrus will recreate the extravagant dinner that was served on the exact night 106 years ago, on the eminent Olympic-class ocean liner, the Titanic. The 10-course meal will also be matched with some of the best wines from the early 20th century.
The stupendous 10-course menu will be manifested by Chef de Cuisine Ricardo Chaneton with a slightly modern interpretation of the dishes, which includes:
- Fillet Mignon Lili
- Roast Guinea Fowl
- Lamb with Mint Sauce
- Cold Asparagus with Saffron Vinegar
- Waldorf Pudding
Master Sommelier Yohann Jousselin has hand-picked some of the best vintages from the early 20th century to elevate the dinner to another level. The menu is priced at HKD 2,388 per person / HKD 25,888 per person with wines.
