Kitchen Immersion Experience

Experience working in the kitchen of a fine-dining French restaurant, alongside Chef de Cuisine, Ricardo Chaneton, with Restaurant Petrus' Kitchen Immersion Programme. Choose from a half-day lunch period, half-day dinner period or full-day experience. Participants will get to work in the kitchen during lunch and/or dinner service, in addition to obtaining basic mise en place skills. Chef Chaneton will also conduct a master cooking class, and participants will enjoy a chef's-table-style meal prepared exclusively for them in the kitchen at the end of the service period.

The Half-day Lunch Experience is priced at HKD 2,388* per person and includes a 3-course Chef's Table lunch. The Half-day Dinner Experience is priced at HKD 2,988* per person and includes a 4-course Chef's Table dinner. The Full-Day Experience is priced at HKD 4,988* per person and includes the Chef's Table lunch and dinner.

  • Golden Circle Award Point redemption is not available for this experience.
  • Credit card discount or promotion is not applicable for this experience.
  • Guests are required to wear comfortable clothing (i.e. denim jeans or slacks) with closed-toed, non-slip shoes, and should not have any open wounds.
  • Participants are required to sign a disclaimer prior to the experience.
  • Bookings must be made at least 9 days in advance.
  • An advance deposit of 50% of the total price is required to be paid upon reservation.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the day of the experience will not be refunded.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Each immersion experience requires a minimum of 2 and allows a maximum of 4 participants.
Blackout dates apply (1 January, 14 February, Father's Day, Mother's Day and 24-26 December 2018) and the immersion experience is subject to availability.
