Honey Truffle

The Hungarian honey truffle is one of the most unusual truffles in the world. The flavour is unique where it starts, with a pleasant, mild mushroom flavor, then it develops into a long, honey-sweet finish. 

Chef Ricardo Chaneton has crafted a series of dishes to complement the truffle:

- Pan seared langoustine, parsnip and Hungarian honey truffle
- Smoked Charolaise beef tenderloin, purple artichokes and Hungarian honey truffle
- Fresh figs, almond, yogurt ice cream and Hungarian honey truffle
