Chef Daniel Smeenk, from Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing's French restaurant, AZUR will make a guest appearance at Restaurant Petrus, from 1 to 3 March. With his guest appearance in Hong Kong, Chef Daniel will reunite with Ricardo Chaneton, his counterpart at Restaurant Petrus and fellow alumnus who also worked with distinguished Chef Mauro Colagreco, at Michelin 2-starred restaurant, Mirazu, in Menton, France.
Chef Smeenk will present AZUR's signature dishes, such as Marinated scallop with citrus yoghurt and Granny Smith apple, Wagyu short rib pastrami with red cabbage, cauliflower salad and Sichuan pepper jus, as well as Apple sponge cake with ginger custard. Available at Restaurant Petrus during dinner, on 1 March 2018, and at both lunch and dinner on 2 and 3 March 2018.
The Lunch Set Menu is priced at HKD 628 for 3 courses, and at HKD 718 for 4 courses. The Dinner Set Menu is priced at HKD 1,380, for 6 courses, and at HKD 1,680 for 8 courses.
