For the 4th consecutive year this spring, on 21 March 2018, Restaurant Petrus together with 1,300 restaurants around the world will celebrate Goût de France (Good France). During this day, Chef Ricardo Chaneton has crafted a special 6-course gastronomic menu. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Heep Hong Societty for children and youth with special needs.
Highlights of the menu include:
- Foie gras terrine, fresh and confit cherries with marinated pistachio in white balsamic
- Langoustine paillard, lard and Oscietra caviar
- Roasted turbot on its bone, sugar peas and green asparagus
The 6-course menu is priced at HKD 1,588 per person.
