On the last Wednesday of every month, Chef Ricardo Chaneton takes diners on a sensory journey with a Carte Blanche Experience. The 6-course menu will offer diners an opportunity to enjoy the inherent surprise of a tasting menu with dishes that Chef Ricardo has never created previously. The dishes will be creatively prepared with fresh market ingredients and the catch of the day.
Surprises of the Blind Tasting menu do not only come on a plate, but also in a glass. To complement Chef Ricardo's creation, Master Sommelier Yohann Jousselin will select the best wine to pair with each course on the menu.
The 4-course dinner is priced at HKD 980, while a 6-course dinner experience is priced at HKD 1,480 per person.
