Joe Schofield, the head bartender of Singapore's multiple award-winning restaurant bar, Tippling Club, will be serving four of his avant-garde cocktails during a pop-up stint at Lobster Bar and Grill from 24 to 26 June 2017.

Don't miss this olfactory drinking experience. Joe will present his Sensorium Menu, a new flavour-forward cocktail programme he conceived at the Tippling Club that aims to invoke a series of rousing memories and emotions.
