Slovakian native Adam Bursik, bar manager of Origin Grill & Bar at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore will be serving four of his ingenous concoctions during a pop-up stint at Lobster Bar from 25 to 26 July 2018.

Adam has carefully concocted each cocktail he is presenting to reflect the colours, flavours and historical anecdotes of the different neighbourhoods in Singapore, such as the Leaf the Curry, a tart-sweet rum cocktail with curry leaf, tamarind and green cardamon; City Flower, a sweet sour cocktail mix of dry gin, torch ginger flower, hibiscus, honey, egg white and lemon; Caffeine Five, an ode to journeys and settlement with Kopi, Olive leaves, brandy and Bay leaf; Bamboo Ball, a blended whisky drink with bamboo and Chrysanthemum Vermouth, honey and tonic.
