From now until 12 March, savour a new line up of dishes that feature the seasonal uni flown in fresh from Hokkaido at Lobster Bar and Grill. Choose from a range of enticing dishes, including Sea urchin with fresh crab meat and sorrel jelly, Seared sea bass with lightly toasted sea urchin, celeriac champagne puree with fennel and truffle, and Australian beef tenderloin, sea urchin and ablone with seasonal vegetables and ponzu sauce.
