Throughout his career, Chef Kenny has explored the vast variety of Western cuisine and has garnered the experience to exceed expectations for his position at Lobster Bar and Grill. Having worked in the kitchens of well-established restaurants in Hong Kong, such as SPOON by Alain Ducasse, Pierre and Armani/Prive, he is well-versed in exactly what it takes to effectively run a high-quality kitchen. Before joining Lobster Bar and Grill, he held the role of Sous Chef at Seasons by Olivier Elzer.
