Continuing a centuries-old British pastime, Chef Patissier Alain Guillet created a luscious three-layer afternoon tea filled with savoury treats and delicately rendered pastries fashioned after his best-selling treats.

Chef Guillet, who has been with the hotel since its opening and sold more than 20,000 Dark Chocolate Frou Frou and Raspberry Mille-Feuille at our bake shop, puts together these bite-sized delights in one dainty tea set.

To complete the line-up of treats, warm, Homemade Crumbly Raisin Scones and Plain Scones – a crowd favourite – are served together with strawberry jam, orange jam and clotted cream. Guests flock to the Lobby Lounge to enjoy this tea-time delight, which is also available in seasonal themed sets.
