Continuing a centuries-old British pastime, Chef Patissier Alain Guillet has created a luscious three-tiered afternoon tea filled with savoury treats and delicately rendered pastries fashioned after his best-selling treats.

Chef Guillet, who has been with the hotel since its opening and sold more than 20,000 Dark Chocolate Frou Frou and Raspberry Mille-Feuille at our bake shop, has put these bite-sized delights together in one dainty tea set.

To complete the line-up of treats, warm, homemade, crumbly Raisin Scones and Plain Scones – two all-time favourites – are served together with strawberry jam, orange jam and clotted cream. Guests flock to the Lobby Lounge to enjoy this tea-time delight, which is also available in seasonal themed sets.
