Hotel Executive Pastry Chef, Alain Guille, has created the Lolly Pink Cake for the annual Pink Desserts, aiding the Hong Kong Hereditary Breast Cancer Family Registry.

The vanilla-based cake with light strawberry cream and smoothie is available throughout September and October at HKD 48 for the miniature size and HKD 480 for the large size.
